Policy about wind solar energy system in Ireland

According to our customers’ statement, if installation home wind turbine system within the regulation restrictions, do not need system installation plannning permission.

As per Irish regulation, if i build a wind turbines within these restrictions, I do not need planning permission

* 3m minimum clearance required between the ground and lowest point of blades

* it could go 0.5 m higher to complying with the max hight
