1. Q: Why are your lithium batteries more expensive than some other products on the market?

A:

Because we invest our costs in the things you cannot see but determine safety and lifespan:

Aluminum sheets between each cell for heat dissipation, preventing local overheating

Independent monitoring of voltage + temperature for every single cell – a bad cell won’t drag down the whole pack

Gas detector and multi level cut off protection to prevent fires before they start

AI adaptive control system that continuously optimizes charging/discharging based on local conditions (Africa, Southeast Asia, etc.)

Cheap batteries omit all these “life saving” designs. You are not just buying cells – you are buying 8. 10 years of peace of mind.

 

2. Q: How long will your lithium battery really last?

A:

Design life: 10+ years. Within the warranty period (e.g. 5 6 years), capacity degradation is less than 20%.

We do three things to extend battery life:

Keep a capacity margin (not charging to 100%) – significantly increases cycle life

Cell level balancing management – automatically equalizes each cell’s state

AI continuous optimization – the system learns local temperature and usage patterns, dynamically adjusting parameters

In short: we don’t make the battery “run fast” – we make it “run long”.

 

3. Q: Are lithium batteries safe? Will they catch fire?

A:

Safety is our #1 design principle. We provide multi layer protection against the main risks of lithium batteries:

Risk Our protection measures

Voltage inconsistency Strict cell sorting before assembly + real time BMS balancing

Temperature inconsistency Aluminum sheets between cells + independent temperature monitoring per cell

Connector loosening (overheating) Temperature sensor at every connection point – alerts immediately if loose

Flammable gas release Built in gas detector + multi level cut off protection

Poor environmental adaptation AI control system that automatically adapts to local climate

We cannot claim 100% problem free, but we ensure: small issues are warned early, big issues are cut off before they become fire hazards.

 

4. Q: Is daily maintenance complicated? Do we need to send people to the site often?

A:

No. Our system is designed for remote operation & maintenance first:

Voltage, temperature, gas levels and other data of every cell are uploaded to the EMS cloud platform in real time

You or our engineers can check system health anytime via mobile phone or computer

AI automatically analyzes abnormal trends and pushes proactive warnings – you don’t have to wait for a failure

Only in rare cases that require on site handling will we dispatch a local engineer

You just use the system as usual – the backend takes care of maintenance.

 

5. Q: Why can two batteries that look almost the same have such a big price difference?

A:

Because a lithium battery is a “sealed metal box” – you cannot open it and see what’s inside.

Low price products omit all the “invisible” parts that determine safety and life:

No aluminum sheets → poor heat dissipation, cells age quickly

No multi point temperature sensing → connector loosening goes undetected and gets worse

No gas detector → a small hidden risk becomes a fire

No cell level management → one or two bad cells shorten the life of the whole pack
