We first introduced him to the products in our exhibition hall, introducing solar panels, inverters, and other products; Then we went to the conference room to understand in detail that customers need to use the solar system with 5 lights(11W), 2 fans(80W), a TV(100W), and an air conditioner(1.5 HP). So we recommend the 5kw solar battery system to him, but he thinks 2 kW is enough.
The customer thinks that all his load is only 1440W. With a 2KW system, it is enough. Why use 5kw?
